One of the hardest questions to answer is, “Tell us about yourself.”

Who are you? Who do you want to be? What gets you out of bed every morning?

My name is Morgan Shawver, and first and foremost, I am a mom to three beautiful babies. I have a four-year-old son named Oakland, a two-year-old daughter named Collins, and our most recent addition, Callahan, who will be one in May. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Max. He is a government and psychology teacher for juniors and seniors at our alma mater, Westerville Central High School, and also serves as the head varsity basketball coach. Being a coach’s wife is truly one of my favorite roles in life.

In my free time, I love to run. Running is completely mental—when you think you can’t keep going, you learn that you can. I run in honor of my sister with Team Mackenzie in the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Half and Full Marathon every year. It fuels me, grounds me, and gives me purpose. Running makes me feel free.

Butterflies are my love language, and if you see a butterfly at a showing with me, just know—it’s no coincidence.

I am guided by faith in all that I do and feel incredibly blessed every day to carry out God’s plan for my life.

1 Corinthians 9:24 — “Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win!”

We also have a five-year-old Bernedoodle named Rover, who is full of energy, full of life, and—without question—our most challenging child.

I am currently the host of a podcast called MotherHOOD, a beautiful blend of real estate and mommy life. I’m incredibly grateful to feature past buyers and sellers sharing their stories, along with lenders, appraisers, new-build consultants, and so many other real estate professionals. The podcast is a fun mix of humor, chaos, heart, and real life.

Now to the reason you’re here—I am absolutely obsessed with my job. The joy I get from my career is something I wish everyone could experience. The sparkle it gives me, the relationships built, and the big hugs on closing day are truly unmatched. My approach is always no pressure, leading with grace, and making what can feel overwhelming into something exciting and fun. I’m here when you need me—just a phone call, text, direct message, or email away.
